Development Manager & Cyber Strategist
At Rea, Steve manages our client’s risks as it relates to cybersecurity, business strategy, and consulting. He performs both an internally facing cyber risk management process for Rea, as well as conducting risk assessments, evaluations, and relationship-building for our clients. He came to Rea in 2023 with over 10 years of experience and has earned his Bachelor’s in Intelligence Analysis & Research with a focus in Arabic Language and Cultural Studies. He also has his CompTIA Cloud Essentials+ certification. Steve has worked for the United States Air Force, United States Secret Service, and is a multi-business owner. Professionally, he is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and is also an honorary member of Order of the Sword & Shield. Within his community, Steve is involved in Team Red, White, & Blue, serving as a Cleveland Area Social Coordinator and Team Rubicon where he is an Emergency First Responder + Search and Rescue.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, his two daughters, and his German Shepherd, Norton. He is an avid health enthusiast, outdoorsman, and multi-business owner of a 24/7 fitness facility and personal training company.
