Meet Darren Holdren, IT Operations Manager, Rea & Associates
Darren is a customer service-driven IT professional with over 25 years of IT and management experience. He is an asset to the Rea & Associates team, and we’re proud to call him a coworker and friend.
As the IT Operations Manager of Rea & Associates, Darren leads our IT Support Technicians and Technology Services across Ohio and North Carolina.
Darren is continuously working to improve our processes by gathering feedback and insight to make better use of technology that is available to Rea & Associates and to our clients. Darren understands the need to find solutions that fit and is committed to pursuing them.
Over the course of his career, he has led and participated in a vast range of projects. For example, he has built a responsive help desk system and team from the ground up, helping companies to achieve much higher customer satisfaction ratings.
Darren brings a lifelong passion for technology with him to the Rea & Associates team. He has been working with computers since the days of the Commodore 64. Darren also holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, coupled with certifications in a variety of technologies.
When not at work, Darren and his wife are avid outdoor enthusiasts. They spend their free time rock climbing, hiking, cycling, and running. To date, their proudest accomplishment has been completing a half Ironman.
