Jim initiated his IT career in 2021, Currently positioned as a Technology Specialist at Rea, Jim is responsible for handling Level 1 service requests, engaging with clients, and supporting the RIS team as required. His credentials include a Certification in Computer Networking and Support Technologies from Tolles Career and Technical Center.
During his free time, Jim enjoys playing video games, particularly Nintendo games. Additionally, he has a passion for all things creative such as photography, videography, drawing, and listening to music.
